About Us
I have always loved photography and videography. Since I was a kid, I always carried around a camera with me, everwhere I went. People would make fun of me and ask me, Why are you always taking pictures all the time? Fast forward 30 years, and now everyone is taking pictures and videos nonstop with their cell phones.
I've been running a fitness business since 2008 and I always like to takes pics of and videos of clients during workouts. I love capturing them in the moment, when they're pushing themselves in the gym.
Editing video and photos has always been fun to me too. I've been playing with Photoshop and Illustrator and Premiere since 1996. So when I seen that photo booths and videos got more popular, the route to do this came natural to me.

And no, it’s not just “slow metabolism” or “big-boned energy” (we’re not letting those excuses fly today). It’s time to get real about what’s holding you back—so let’s dive into the top 20 reasons why your fat loss journey feels like dial-up internet (aka slow and frustrating).
Here are 20 common reasons why people struggle to lose weight... again... it's not just "bad genetics".
Eating Too Many Calories – Even "healthy" foods can add up if you're not mindful of portion sizes. Be sure you are tracking your nutrition - what you eat and drink. If you want to know how many calories you should be consuming per day, check out this Calorie Calculator.
Not Eating Enough Protein – Protein helps with satiety and muscle retention during fat loss. Track your protein each day. You can use an app like MyFitnessPal to track it. It's FREE to use.
Consuming Too Many Processed Foods – Highly processed foods can be calorie-dense and easy to overeat.
Drinking Too Many Liquid Calories – Soda, juice, alcohol, and fancy sugary coffee drinks can sabotage weight loss.
Not Tracking Food Intake – Many people underestimate how much they eat. Again, if you're not assessing, you're just guessing. Stop guessing and start tracking.
Eating Out Too Often – Restaurant meals tend to be higher in calories, even "healthy" options.
Too Many Cheat Meals – One big weekend binge can undo a week's worth of progress. Yes... you can do awesome for five days and mess up by bingeing on a weekend and destroy a full week of progress.
Not Drinking Enough Water – Dehydration can be mistaken for hunger, leading to overeating. Not only drinking enough water, but maybe dehydrating by drinking too much coffee or energy drinks. Stay quenched and hydrated by adding HYDRATED to your water!! (click on picture to read more)
Not Moving Enough – A sedentary lifestyle can slow metabolism and reduce calorie burn. Hire a fitness coach like Coach Kri to help you with your fitness journey.
Relying Only on Exercise – You can’t out-train a bad diet. You can exercise for hours but if you don't have the right mindset and discipline, it's much tougher.
Not Doing Strength Training – Muscle burns more calories at rest; only doing cardio can lead to muscle loss. You should be lifting weights every week. YES, everyone needs to lift weights. It doesn't mean you have to squat 500 lbs or Bench press 300 lbs. Hire a Coach to help you design a fitness program that works with your schedule.
Overestimating Calorie Burn from Workouts – Many people think they burn more calories than they actually do. Those "smart watches" aren't very smart. Don't trust them to tell you how many calories you burn. Those gyms that have you looking at a TV monitor and telling you how many calories you're burning, aren't telling you the truth.
